Dear Mr. Scott:

Today’s St. Louis Post Dispatch reports that Wal Mart’s health plan has filed suit against your former employee, Debbie Shank, to recover medical costs incurred after she was tragically injured in an automobile accident in September 2000.

This lawsuit by Wal Mart is immoral and wrong.  We, the undersigned, urge you to drop this lawsuit immediately and to publicly apologize for ever considering such an action in the first place.
