The Fraud Behind the RNC's Claims of Election Fraud

The RNC has a new front group, the American Center for Voting Rights, who's task is to go around making claims about election fraud.  They recently issued a report and press releases attacking 5 major cities for being too aggressive in trying to make sure every qualified voter got the chance to vote.

The leader behind the effort is none other than Thor Hearne.  Thor was General Counsel to BC04 and also to the campaign of Missouri Governor Matt Blunt.  He was also once the GOP nominee in the 3rd congressional district of Missouri against Dick Gephardt.

Thor's extensive GOP ties are well documented on this map from Raw Story.  A quick look at the map will also show extensive ties between the ACVR, Rep. Tom DeLay, Rep. Roy Blunt, Gov. Matt Blunt, Jack Abramoff, Ed Gillespie, Jack Oliver, Tony Feather, the various Abramoff-bilked Indian Tribes, Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, and various and sundry other GOP operatives and front groups.
